Federal Rules Decisions [F.R.D] Law and Legal Definition
Federal Rules Decisions or F.R.D is a reporter that reprints decisions (beginning in 1938) rendered by federal district courts that interpret or apply the Federal Rules of Civil, Criminal, and Appellate Procedure and also the Federal Rules of Evidence. It also includes rule changes, ceremonial proceedings of federal courts, and articles on federal-court practice and procedure. Generally, the full-text decisions that appear in the Federal Rules Decisions are not published in the Federal Supplement.
