Federal Technology Service [FTS] Law and Legal Definition
The Federal Technology Service (FTS) is an agency working under the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide federal employees with information technology. The FTS work through telecommunication services, information technology systems, consulting services, information security services and products, integrated technology solutions, and the attendant hardware and software. It provides global voice, data, and video services as well as federal calling cards and long distance telephone service for federal employees.
