Federal Youth Corrections Act Law and Legal Definition
Federal Youth Corrections Act was enacted to provide a system for the treatment and rehabilitation of youth offenders, to improve the administration of criminal justice, and for other purposes. The Act was repealed in 1984. [18 USCS § 5005].
