Fellowship Agreement [Education] Law and Legal Definition
According to 34 CFR 1100.5 (b) [Title 34 – Education; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Offices of the Department of Education; Chapter XI -- National Institute for Literacy; Part 1100 -- National Institute for Literacy: Literacy Leader Fellowship Program; Subpart A – General], the term Fellowship Agreement means “a written agreement entered into between the Institute and a fellow, which, when executed, has the legal effect of obligating the fellowship award, and which states the rights and obligations of the parties.”
