Floating Shore Side Processor Law and Legal Definition
A "floating shore side processor" or "stationary floating processor" is defined as "a vessel of the United States operating as a processor in Alaska State waters that remains anchored or otherwise remains stationary in a single geographic location while receiving or processing ground fish harvested in the GOA or BSAI." 50 CFR 679.2; Sea Hawk Seafoods, Inc. v.
