Foeticide Law and Legal Definition
Foetcide is the destruction of a fetus in the uterus. In a legal parlance, "fetal homicide refers to the deliberate or incidental killing of a fetus due to a criminal human act, such as a blow to the abdomen of a pregnant woman. In the U.S. laws of 35 states recognize fetal homicide. Foetcide is also known as feticide.
