FOIA Public Liaison [Federal Elections] Law and Legal Definition
According to 11 CFR 9405.2 [Title 11 -- Federal Elections; Chapter II -- Election Assistance Commission; Part 9405 -- Procedures for Disclosure of Records under the Freedom of Information Act], the term FOIA Public Liaison means “a person designated by the Chief FOIA Officer under § 9405.3(d) to assist in the resolution of any disputes between the requester and the Commission.”
