Food Hazard [Food and Drugs] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 CFR 120.3 (g) [Title 21 Food and Drugs; Chapter I Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services; Subchapter B Food For Human Consumption; Part 120 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Systems; Subpart A General Provisions], Food Hazard means “any biological, chemical, or physical agent that is reasonably likely to cause illness or injury in the absence of its control.”
