Fool Law and Legal Definition
Fool refers to a person who is deficient in judgment, sense, or understanding. S/he acts unwisely on a given occasion.
In law, a fool is referred to as natural fool, idiot or lunatic. ‘An idiot is a natural fool; a fool from birth, a human being in form but destitute of reason from birth and of the ordinary intellectual power of man. [Sandefur v. Commonwealth, 143 Ky. 655 (Ky. 1911)]
