Foreign Agent Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 18 USCS § 1839 (2), [Title 18. Crimes and Criminal Procedure; Part I. Crimes; Chapter 90. Protection of Trade Secrets] the term foreign agent means “any officer, employee, proxy, servant, delegate, or representative of a foreign government.”
