A Foreign Information Media Representative is a foreigner who seeks enters the United States temporarily as a bona fide envoy or representative of foreign press, radio, film, or other foreign information media. Foreign Information Media Representative includes such foreigner along with the foreigner’s spouse and unmarried minor or dependent children if they accompany the foreigner. As such this is a nonimmigrant class of admission. “I-Visa” allows such a foreigner to travel to the United States and seek permission of the U.S. Immigrant Official.
