According to 11 USCS § 1502 Federal Bankruptcy Code [Title 11. Bankruptcy; Chapter 15. Ancillary and Other Cross-border Cases Subchapter i. General Provisions] foreign main proceeding means a foreign proceeding pending in the country where the debtor has the center of its main interests.
