Forest Plan Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 460bbb-1 (2), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 1. National Parks, Military Parks, Monuments, and Seashores; Smith River National Recreation Area] the term forest plan means “the land and resource management plan for the Six Rivers National Forest prepared pursuant to section 6 of the Forest and Rangeland Renewable Resources Planning Act of 1974 (16 U.S.C. 1604).”
