Forest Trespass Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 25 USCS § 3103 (8) [Title 25. Indians; Chapter 33. National Indian Forest Resources Management], the term forest trespass means “the act of illegally removing forest products from, or illegally damaging forest products on, forest lands.”
