Form I-94 is a document for lawful admission of nonimmigrant to the U.S. The form requires a person to furnish details about his/her arrival and departure. The form is a means to ensure security of the land. A person entering the U.S will be given an I-94 card stating his/her details. This is issued to ensure that the person has maintained his/her status quo until leaving the land.
