Fraudulent Alienee Law and Legal Definition
Fraudulent alienee means a person who receives the assets that are sold or disposed by an administrator under fraudulent alienation. In order to be a fraudulent alienee s/he must receive such assets under the knowledge that such assets are part of the fraudulent alienation.
