Free of Particular Average, American Conditions Law and Legal Definition
Free of Particular Average, American Conditions (FPAAC) is an average clause which limits recovery of partial losses to those caused by fire, stranding, sinking or collision. It is the most limited average clause in general use today. Free of particular average limits recovery on partial losses to those directly resulting from the above mentioned perils.
