Freight prepaid means the freight that has been paid or prepaid by the shipper. It is the air or ocean freight charges that are paid at the port of origin or loading, and are billed to the importer in the exporter's invoice. Freight prepaid is not refundable even if the shipment fails to arrive at its destination.
