Fribusculum Law and Legal Definition
Fribusculum or frigus-culus refers to any disagreement between man and wife, slight cold, and coolness. It can also be a momentary separation by reason of dissension between husband and wife, without intention to dissolve the marriage. This type of momentary separation is different from a divorce and amounts to a separation under the present law.
