Friction Surface Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 2681 (5), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 53. Toxic Substances Control; Lead Exposure Reduction] the term friction surface means “an interior or exterior surface that is subject to abrasion or friction, including certain window, floor, and stair surfaces.”
