Frontier Crimes Regulation Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 8401 (5), [Title 22. Foreign Relations and Intercourse; Chapter 91. Enhanced Partnership with Pakistan], the term "Frontier Crimes Regulation" means the Frontier Crimes Regulation, codified under British law in 1901, and applicable to the FATA.
