Fruit, generally refers to the produce or product of something. In civil law, it refers to the income or goods derived or produced from property without a diminution of the property's inherent value. It can also refer to evidence obtained during an activity or operation. For example, fruits of crime mean the results of a criminal act. It is the material objects acquired in consequence of commission of a crime.
