Frustration Clause Law and Legal Definition
Frustration Clause is a clause in the War Policy stating that there has not been a loss simply because of termination or frustration of the voyage due to an outbreak of hostilities. In order to claim damages under the frustration clause there must be actual physical damage to the cargo.
