FTS-ABFT Initial Law and Legal Definition
FTS-ABFT initial refers to the certification by a person as forensic toxicology specialist. A toxicology specialist can certify as FTS-ABFT, only when pass examination administered by the American Board of Forensic Toxicology (ABFT). Persons holding a valid certificate of qualification issued by the Board are entitled to use the designation ‘Forensic Toxicology Specialist of the American Board of Forensic Toxicology’.
