Fuel Supply Agreement is an agreement entered by a project company. Fuel herein means fuel oil or natural gas. A Project Company owns and operates electric generating facility. A project company may enter into contracts with third parties to sell capacity, electricity, ancillary services and/or other related products generated by, or available from, the Generating Station.
