Full Blood Law and Legal Definition
Generally, the term full blood means of unmixed ancestry or pure bred. It can also mean relationship established through having the same set of parents.
According to 25 USCS § 677a, full-blood means a member of the tribe who possesses one-half degree of Ute Indian blood and a total of Indian blood in excess of one-half, excepting those who become mixed-bloods by choice under the provisions of 25 USCS § 677c.
