Landowner Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 410y (g), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 1. National Parks, Military Parks, Monuments, and Seashores; Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park] the term landowner means “any person, local government, or State owning, or on reasonable grounds professing to own, lands or interests in lands adjacent to or in the vicinity of the park.”
