According to 7 CFR 632.4 [Title 7—Agriculture; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Department of Agriculture; Chapter VI -- Natural Resources Conservation Service, Department of Agriculture; Subchapter D -- Long Term Contracting; Part 632 -- Rural Abandoned Mine Program; Subpart A – General], landrights is “an interest acquired by fee simple title, easements, and rights-of-way to occupy or use land, buildings, structures, or other improvements.”
