According to 34 CFR 669.5 (b) [Title 34 – Education; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Offices of the Department of Education; Chapter VI -- Office of Postsecondary Education, Department of Education; Part 669 -- Language Resource Centers Program; Subpart A – General], the term Language Resource Center means “a coordinated concentration of educational research and training resources for improving the nation's capacity to teach and learn foreign languages.”
