Large Microenterprise Development Organization Law and Legal Definition
According to 13 CFR 119.2 [Title 13 Business Credit and Assistance; Chapter I Small Business Administration; Part 119 Program for Investment in Microentrepreneurs ("Prime" or "The Act")], large microenterprise development organization or program means a microenterprise development organization or program with 10 or more full time employees or equivalents, including its executive director, as of the date it files its application with SBA for a PRIME grant.
