Lascivious Law and Legal Definition
Lascivious is an American jargon indicating immoral sexual thoughts or actions. It is generally used in the legal description of criminal acts in which some kind of sexual activity is prohibited to differentiate that activity from an “innocent” conduct. It is often used to describe pornography.
However, lascivious is not limited to pornography. For example, lascivious cohabitation refers to living with a member of the opposite sex, and having sexual intercourse with him/her without entering into a legal or religious marriage.
