Law Label Law and Legal Definition
Law label is a legally required tag or label required under the U.S.law on new mattresses, upholstery and stuffed articles. The label has to state the fabric and material used in the product so that the consumer would be informed as to whether the material is new or recycled. In a warranty claim, some companies require law label to be produced. Removal of the law label by someone other than the buyer invites penalty under law.
