The term lawyer in the arbitration refers to a lawyer who has been hired by a party in the arbitration to represent such party in the arbitration proceedings. A lawyer in arbitration will be well-informed and experienced to answer any queries that arise in the arbitration proceedings. A lawyer in arbitration also has complete authority to settle the disagreement between the parties to arbitration and do so in a binding manner. A lawyer in the arbitration is also called an arbitration attorney.
