Least-Developed Beneficiary Developing Country Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 19 USCS § 2467 (5), [Title 19. Customs Duties; Chapter 12. Trade Act of 1974; Generalized System of Preferences] the term least-developed beneficiary developing country means “a beneficiary developing country that is designated as a least-developed beneficiary developing country under section 502(a)(2) [19 USCS § 2462(a)(2)].”
