Least Intrusive (Guardianship) Law and Legal Definition
Least Intrusive with regard to guardianship is a mechanism or course of action which allows the ward the maximum opportunity for independence with a minimum of intervention. It is a situation in which a guardian is appointed for a ward in a way less intrusive to the personal freedom of the ward.
