Legal fraud refers to unintentional deception or misrepresentation that causes injury to another. It includes all acts or omissions that results in the breach of equitable or legal duty. It also includes concealment's in trust and confidence. For example, lying or not telling a buyer about defects in a product amounts to legal fraud. Legal fraud is also referred to as constructive fraud or equitable fraud or fraud in contemplation of law.
