According to 10 CFR 719.2 [Title 10 Energy; Chapter III Department of Energy; Part 719 Contractor Legal Management Requirements; Subpart A General Provisions], legal management plan means a statement describing the contractor's practices for managing legal costs and matters for which it procures the services of retained legal counsel.
