Legal Service [Patents] Law and Legal Definition
According to 37 CFR 10.1 (n) [Title 37 -- Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights; Chapter I -- United States Patent and Trademark Office, Department of Commerce; Subchapter A – General; Part 10 -- Representation of Others Before the Patent and Trademark Office; Practice Before the Patent and Trademark Office], the term legal service means “any legal service which may lawfully be performed by a practitioner before the Office (United States Patent and Trademark Office).”
