Letter of Recall Law and Legal Definition
Letter of recall is a official diplomatic written document recalling an ambassador. It will be presented by a new ambassador to the receiving state's chief of state. It is addressed by the executive of one government to the executive of another recalling an ambassador, either as a means of diplomatic protest or because the diplomat is being reassigned elsewhere, retired, or become persona non grata.
