License Fees generally means a fee paid for a license. With regard to gaming, license fees means any money legally required to be paid to obtain or renew a gaming license. For example, fees paid to obtain a manufacturer's or distributor's license. It also includes fees for license issued to an operator of an off-track pari-mutuel system, and the fees paid by a disseminator of information concerning racing.
