Licensed Mobile Service Area Law and Legal Definition
According to 4 USCS § 124 (Title 4, Flag And Seal; Seat Of Government, And The States; Chapter 4, The States), the term "licensed service area" means “the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.”
