Licensing Support Network Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 2.1001 [Title 10.Energy; Chapter I. Nuclear Regulatory Commission; Part 2. Rules of Practice for Domestic Licensing Proceedings and Issuance of Orders; Subpart J. Procedures Applicable to Proceedings for the Issuance of Licenses for the Receipt of High-Level Radioactive Waste at a Geologic Repository], the term 'licensing support network' means “the combined system that makes documentary material available electronically to parties, potential parties, and interested governmental participants to a proceeding for a construction authorization for a high-level radioactive waste repository at a geologic repository operations area, and an application for a license to receive and possess high level radioactive waste at a geologic repository operations area under parts 60 and 63 of this chapter.”
