Limited Administration Law and Legal Definition
Limited administration refers to a special administration of a temporary character. Special administration is granted for a particular time or a special purpose.
“Limited administration may be granted for specific effects of the deceased; or to a certain specific purpose as to filing a bill, or carrying on proceedings in chancery”.[Jordan v. Polk, 33 Tenn. 430, 434 (Tenn. 1853)]
