Limited Admissibility Law and Legal Definition
According to USCS Fed Rules Evid R 105, when a piece of evidence which is admissible to one party or for one purpose but at the same time is not admissible to another party or for another purpose is admitted, the court can restrict the evidence to its proper scope and instruct the jury accordingly.
