According to 13 CFR 120.1800 [Title 13 -- Business Credit And Assistance; Chapter I -- Small Business Administration; Part 120 -- Business Loans; Subpart K -- Establishment Of An SBA Direct Loan Program For Systemically Important Secondary Market Broker-Dealers (SISMBD Loan Program)], Loan Advance Request Form means “the form approved by SBA wherein an SISMBD requests a specific dollar amount that will be used to purchase certain guaranteed portions or Certificates. This amount, when added to the balance outstanding of the SISMBD's existing SISMBD Loan, must be equal to or less than the SISMBD loan amount.”
