Long-Term Firm Power Service Contract Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 7275 [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 84. Department of Energy; Administrative Provisions; General Administrative Provisions], the term "long-term firm power service contract" means any contract for the sale by Western Area Power Administration of firm capacity, with or without energy, which is to be delivered over a period of more than one year.
