Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act Law and Legal Definition

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981 is an Act to provide for home energy grants to states to assist eligible households to meet the costs of home energy, and deals with applications, requirements, non-discrimination, and limitation on use of grants for construction.
