Lower Great Lakes Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 941b (5), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 15B. Great Lakes Fish and Wildlife Restoration] the term Lower Great Lakes means “the region in which is located that portion of the Great Lakes Basin which is downstream from the confluence of the Saint Clair River and Lake Huron near Port Huron, Michigan.”
