Managed Access [Energy] Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 75.4 [Title 10 – Energy; Chapter I -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission; Part 75 -- Safeguards on Nuclear Material -- Implementation of US/IAEA Agreement; General Provisions], the term Managed Access means “procedures to protect sensitive or classified information or, to meet safety or physical protection requirements, while allowing the IAEA to accomplish the purpose of a complementary access request.”
