Manual Gift Law and Legal Definition
Manual gift refers to a gift of movable property. Manual gift can only be made with respect to tangible property. It is made by delivery without any formalities. An incorporeal thing cannot be the subject of a manual gift. A manual gift is not subject to any collation.
